The BEST fitness center in the Lehigh Valley. It has something for everyone at any fitness level. I enjoy the free weights and outdoor tire flipping and pull up area. But there are exercise machines, a cardio area, fitness classes (cycling, Zumba, etc.), and Martial arts area.
